Although internet welcome to my presentation on gestures and body language...be...three
00:00:09.440
...asti you know-how to read gestures and body language if so teach me...I will
00:00:13.730
do just that what I did was I studied over twenty five psychology and
00:00:17.950
law enforcement training manuals I discovered what they all agree with
00:00:22.570
...put it all into this one presentation...start off first with the eyes a person's eyes dial
00:00:27.550
...strongly when they are very stimulated and in a problem-solving mode at maximum
00:00:32.410
violation the person is ready to make a decision which is most likely going to be positive
00:00:36.750
and eyebrow raises sign that person isn't threatening when you actually raise your
00:00:41.440
eyebrows to somebody even if they're complete stranger often smile this is a very submissive
00:00:45.240
sign releases perceived that way whenever you first meet somebody the first-person
00:00:50.130
to look away is considered to be the most submissive if a person is maintains strong eye contact they
00:00:54.930
are either one interested in you if their eyes are violated or challenging
00:00:57.790
...are constructed the most threatening look is achieved by moving
00:01:02.470
narrow dies towards a person with little to no body movement the speed of this head movement
00:01:07.390
will demonstrate how angry that person is liars maintains strong eye contact with people
00:01:12.340
it should actually become uncomfortable at some point if someone gives you a sideways glance look at their eyebrows if
00:01:17.170
they're...they like us not...if a person's link rate increases this is considered a sure
00:01:19.680
sign...if a person's eyes are darting around
00:01:24.260
there either getting border nervous when first meaning a person shake hands with strong eye contact
00:01:29.010
and give them at least three seconds to look at you...interrupted to generate the best report to build stronger
00:01:32.650
...you should look them in the eyes somewhere between sixty to seventy percent of
00:01:36.180
the this is a really interesting chart lot of people don't know this but
00:01:40.480
whenever people are trying to remember something they'll look in certain directions so,
00:01:42.750
for example, if a person looks upwards and
00:01:47.520
too you're right they're trying to remember something they visually saw and if they look sideways
00:01:52.140
into the right to try and remember something they heard down into the right is whenever a person
00:01:56.930
is talking themselves answer either trying to construct something that they've never seen or
00:02:01.720
...planning online to you they'll look up and to the left down to the left is where a person looks whenever
00:02:06.120
they're feeling something or remembering action you might be asking yourself...you might be
00:02:10.830
thinking yourself right now well I just feel more comfortable with my arms crossed in front of me,
00:02:14.660
for example, or some other than what you have to understand is if you feel comfortable
00:02:19.590
the specific body position it is because you're feeling a certain way ask yourself, for example,
00:02:24.600
when would you feel comfortable with your arms crossed one enjoying yourself with a loved one or even better yet
00:02:27.070
...seen anyone cross their arms and excitement I want to
00:02:32.000
hand-shaking when shaking someone's hand if their hand is on top they're trying to dominate you
00:02:36.830
which means that they literally take your hand and flip it so that your palm is facing towards
00:02:41.030
...ceiling also if they grit...vice that also means they're trying to dominate here
00:02:45.960
...equal handshake which both people shaken a vertical manner with equal pressure is the best way to generate good
00:02:50.870
report...not shake with both hands to touch any other part of the body unless you have an intimate relationship with this
00:02:55.860
person at most a brief touch to the elbow which is considered a non intimate part of the body
00:03:01.110
during a handshake has been shown to generate very good feelings and generate very good a valuable clued
00:03:05.580
...person being open and honest as...showing...palms are not sort of elaborate
00:03:10.200
honesty equals palm displays if a person says they can't do something and they show you
00:03:15.080
their hands they're telling you the truth and what's better yet if you talk with a lot of palm displays
00:03:20.230
you'll actually force the people you're talking to be more truthful hands clenched...person means they're holding
00:03:24.870
back a negative reaction holding one's risk behind their back is an attempted self-control
00:03:29.320
if a person places their head-on their open hands as if on a platter they're saying that they
00:03:32.260
admire you this by the way is the best body position if you want
00:03:36.750
track people yourself if a person's picking imaginary...they have a secret opinion more than
00:03:40.730
likely that they don't want to tell you transform...front hand-in-hand shows that you
00:03:45.430
were feeling vulgar pointing at a person is one of the most annoying gestures you should also never
00:03:50.140
...your thumb to your four finger around people this is considered the symbol for money
00:03:54.700
rubbing their hands together shows that you...expecting something positive and is been shown that
00:03:57.240
speed which a person robs their hands
00:04:02.500
will demonstrate how good they expect the results today...people hand...you
00:04:06.800
are conference self-assured this gesture should be used sparingly however if you want to guarantee
00:04:11.150
a look confidence this-is look by pressing...your thumb you come off as
00:04:16.140
authoritative but not aggressive what I mean by this is instead of pointing with one finger instead take
00:04:21.470
a point a finger place it on your thumb and point in that way instead you actually see
00:04:24.390
...do this very often on hand behind your back shows
00:04:27.160
...confident but you feel superior the reason why is
00:04:31.290
your exposing all the delicate parts of your body being the groin stomach and
00:04:35.310
...all of the same time hands-on hip show that you're preparing to dominate less the
00:04:40.210
elbows are held close to the body in this case would be a submissive position if a person talks their
00:04:44.240
farms in their pants rather than rest their hands on their hips they're being very aggressive
00:04:47.680
...protruding from pocket shows that person feels their superior you?

Gestures and Body Language Gestures and Body Language Complete Coverage on Eye, Arm, Hand, Leg and Mouth Gestures & Body Language New Think Tank
Introduction KellyBee23, wrote me and asked, "Do you know how to read Gestures and Body Language? If so teach me." I've spent quite a bit of time studying Gestures and Body Language. Below I'll list everything the expert's agree on. This information comes from reading over 25 psychology and law enforcement training manual's.
Specifics About A person's eyes dilate strongly when they are very stimulated and in a problem solving mode. At maximum dilation, the person is ready to make a decision which is more likely to be positive. An eyebrow raise is a sign that a person isn't threatening. When you eye brow raise someone they will often smile. This is a very submissive sign or at least is perceived that way. The first person to look away in an introduction is the more submissive.
Specifics About the Eyes If a person is maintaining strong eye contact they are either, interested in you if their eyes are dilated or challenging you if their eyes are constricted. The most threatening look is achieved by moving narrowed eyes toward a person with little to no body movement. The speed of the head movement will demonstrate how angry they are.
Spot Lies in the Eye's Liars maintain strong eye contact with people. If someone gives you a sideways glance, look at their eye brows. If they are raised, they like you, if not, they don't. If a person's blink rate increases, they are likely lying. If a person's eyes are darting around they are getting bored or nervous.
Building Rapport with the Eye's When first meeting a person shake hands with strong eye contact and then give them at least 3 seconds to look you over uninterrupted To build strong rapport you should look them in the eyes for 60 to 70% of the time you are together. Leave Comments Below

You'll Probably Ask Yourself "I just feel more comfortable with my arms crossed in front of me." " If you feel comfortable with a specific body position, it is because you are feeling a certain way. Ask yourself, when would you feel comfortable with your arms crossed while enjoying yourself with a loved one? Have you ever seen anyone cross their arm's in excitement?
Hand-shaking When shaking someone's hand, if their hand is on top they are trying to dominate and vice versa. An equal handshake, in which both people shake in a vertical manor, with equal pressure, is the best way to generate good rapport.
Hand-shaking Do not shake with both hands or touch any other part of the body unless you have an intimate relationship. At most, a brief touch to the elbow during a handshake has been shown to generate good feelings toward a stranger.
Finding Truth From Hand Body Language A valuable clue to whether the person is being open and honest is ler part whether they are showing their palms or not. Honesty equals palm ndshake displays. ger. If a person says they can't do something and they show you their hands they are telling you the truth. If you are talking with your palms it will force others to speak truthfully.
Finding Truth From Hand Body Language Hands clenched in front of a person means that they are holding back a negative reaction. Holding ones wrist behind their back is an attempt at self control. If a person places their head on their open hands as if on a platter they are saying that they admire you. (Best Body Position)
Finding Truth From Hand Body Language If a person is picking imaginary lint they have a secret opinion that they don't want to tell you. Hands folded in front, hand in hand, shows they are feeling vulnerable.

Annoying Hand Body Language Pointing at a person is one of the most annoying gestures. Never rub your thumb to your fore-finger around people. The rubbing of the hands together shows that they are expecting something positive. The speed at which they are rubbing shows who they think will benefit. If a person rubs their hands very slowly they are showing they expect results just for themselves.
Authoritative Hand Body Language The steeple hand gesture represents that you are confident and self assured. This gesture should be used sparingly. If you want to guarantee a look of confidence this is the look. By pressing your fore finger to your thumb you will come off as authoritative, but not aggressive. Holding hands behind the back shows that you are confident and feel superior.
Authoritative Hand Body Language Hands on hips shows they are preparing to dominate unless the elbows are held close to the body (Submissive). If the person tucks their thumbs in their pants rather than rest their hands on their hips, they are being very aggressive. Thumbs protruding from pockets shows that the person feels they are superior to others.
